Description of your booking

You will immediately receive an email with a copy of your order. Your ticket will be emailed to you later. If you order after 6:00 pm, you will need to wait until the following morning to receive your or our email informing you when you will receive the ticket.
You will still need to wait your turn to go through security at the metal detector. Please be as punctual as possible.
Arrive at least 15–20 minutes ahead of your entry time.
Museum reservations have to be made al least one day prior to the date of the visit.

Cancellation Policy

From booking to 5 working days before the day of the tour, the cancellation fee is € 8.00 per ticket. From 4 working days or fewer before the day of the tour and for no-shows, the cancellation fee is 100% of the amount paid, i.e. there is no right to a refund.If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact our offices by email at info@ticketsrome.com or by phone +39 0552670402.
Changes must always be communicated in writing by email or fax to receive a partial refund when allowed by the cancellation policy as stated below. For the purposes of calculating the cancellation fee, we will use the date of receipt of the client's cancellation request. For these purposes, requests for cancellation received by telephone, without anything in writing, will not be considered valid.

The ticket allows you to access to each site only once.
You must go through security checks at the metal detectors. The wait for these mandatory procedures cannot be avoided.
