Description of your booking

The only guided tour that allows a visit to the Colosseum's underground area, visitors can descend into the belly of the most famous monument in the world with an expert and official guide. The tour also includes a visit to the first, second and third Colosseum ring, access to the arena floor, usually not open to other visitors.
Moreover, this reservation includes the skip-the-line ticket to the Colosseum, the possibility to visit (on the same day and on the day after) the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill with the same ticket.
You will receive an email with a copy of your online order and then only later your ticket.
If you order after 6:00 pm in the evening (Rome time), you must wait for the next morning to receive your ticket or our message which will inform you when you will receive the ticket.

Price includes: quick admission ticket to the Colosseum, admission to the Arena and Underground sections of the Colosseum, official guide service, guided tour in English of the Colosseum and Underground, pdf-guide of the Colosseum and Roman Forum with map of the archaeological site.
This offer also includes access to the Roman Forum, Palatine Hill and Museum (second level), House of Augustus (external area) and Santa Maria Antiqua with domizian ramp.
After the guided tour inside the Colosseum, visitors can use the same ticket to visit the other sites included on the same day and on the following day.
An identity document to attest the age and the country will be required at the entrance.

Cancellation Policy

Entry tickets to the Colosseum, once booked, may not be changed in any way or canceled. 
Visitors who come after the time printed on the voucher or are no-shows will not have access to the site and will receive no refund, even partial.
Once booked, these tickets cannot be changed. We, therefore, suggest you pay very close attention during the online booking process when choosing the date, time, and type of tickets.

Once a time slot has been selected, visitors are required to accept any assigned departure time within the selected time slot. The assigned departure time will be included in the reservation confirmation voucher.
We strongly encourage you to carefully select the time slot. Once the time slot is confirmed, the departure time and reservation can no longer be altered or canceled, and no refunds will be possible.

Instructions for entry are printed on the voucher that will be sent by email to confirm booking and vary based on the type of booking.

Useful Info

Backpacks, suitcases, or large bags may not be brought in the sites.
The ticket allows you to access to each site only once.
The time given with the booking is for the Colosseum.
You must go through security checks at the metal detectors. The wait for these mandatory procedures cannot be avoided.
Italy Travels is not responsible for any partial closure of rooms, itinerary changes, cancellations or delays in entry due to force meajure, adverse weather, personnel strikes, or decisions made by the management of the museum or the Superintendency.

The S.U.P.E.R. SITES (access to some of them included in this ticket)

The S.U.P.E.R. sites are: House of Livia, House of Augustus, the Neronian Cryptoporticus, Isiaca Hall / Loggia Mattei, Santa Maria Antiqua and Oratory of the Forty Martyrs, Temple of Romulus.
All sites on the ticket are between the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum, so easy to reach on foot. These sites can accommodate a maximum number of visitors at a time, which means you may need to wait for visitors to leave before entering.
This reservation mainly grants the guided tour of the Colosseum with the underground area. If you cannot get into one or more of the "Super Sites" due to long waits or temporary closures, no refund will be given.
